We will ask you to complete difficult tasks like changing your eating habits, trying an elimination diet, quitting tobacco, exercising (if able), trying natural supplements, and completing screenings like Pap smears for cervical cancer. We will ask questions about your stress, family life, spirituality, sleep, moods, and trauma history to figure out root causes of your health issues. Our goal is to get you on the least medication as possible! We will listen to you and take your symptoms and concerns seriously.
We do NOT prescribe chronic pain medication (opioids like Tramadol) and do not prescribe benzodiazepines like alprazolam. We do not keep any immunizations (vaccines) in the clinic. You will need to see your local health department or pharmacy for flu or pneumonia vaccines if these treatments are desired
We will ask you to be on time for your appointments or give 24 hours prior to cancelations to avoid no show or late cancelation fees. Cancelations will not be accepted by email or portal messages. You will need to call the clinic to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We will not address healthcare visits by the patient portal system or clinic text messages, we will need to see you in person or via telehealth. We will not be able to cover all your problems in one visit, we only may be able to cover 1-2 problems during our time together
