We currently only bill for HealthChoice and UnitedHealthCare  for a range of functional medicine primary care services for our current hormone and direct primary care members. Please call clinic for details. We also accept HSA & FSA cards for visits and membership fees.
 

Payment is due at time of service, we can bill your insurance for visits but not monthly membership fees. We can only bill insurance for our current hormone or direct primary care members.

Due to the nature of holistic and functional medicine, we offer longer appointments and a focus on lifestyle-based health improvements. 

Please note:

• We do not prescribe chronic benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium), opioid medications (e.g., Tramadol, Norco, Tylenol #3), sleep medications like Ambien, or phentermine due to safety risks.
   
• We seek patients committed to actively improving their health through lifestyle changes and holistic medicine.

Yes, we prescribe medications when warranted (antibiotics, hormones, weight loss medications, naltrexone, peptides), but also utilize herbs and natural supplements for  patients as well. Sometimes herbal antibiotics work better than prescription antibiotics for certain conditions like SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) for example.

Pathway Health & Beauty utilizes a collaborating physician for the state of Oklahoma, Roberto Ramalhete, MD, in order for our Nurse Practitioner clinic owner to prescribe medications. Yes, we can help with hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, menopause, perimenopause, ADHD, obesity, etc, but you may want to find a traditional medical provider if you are not wanting natural treatments included in your plan of care or do not plan to make positive lifestyle changes. The goal is to "de-prescribe" as many medications as possible. We are billing some commercial health insurance plans, but do provide "pay as you go" self-pay primary care services and direct primary care (DPC) membership plans. 

Visits are scheduled online or by calling the clinic (918-973-4575) and conducted virtually or in person at our Owasso health clinic. 80-85% of the diagnosis stems from your medical history which can be completed virtually. We will email you a link for your video visit. You must be physically in the state of Oklahoma in order to complete the video visit. We are also licensed in Utah  as well for medical weight loss and peptide therapy. Please log on 5 to 10 minutes prior to your virtual appointment time to correct any technical problems and please arrive to your in person visit 10 minutes prior to your visit. Medications may be shipped to your home from a compounding pharmacy or can be picked up at a local pharmacy. 

You will not receive your booking fee back or may be charged the full price of the appointment if your visit is canceled less than 24 hour prior to your appointment (48 hours prior to extended functional medicine visits) or if you fail to show up for your appointment. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment in order for other patients to be seen in the clinic. We do NOT accept appointment cancelations via email. You MUST call or text the clinic to cancel your appointment.
