Appointments Required every 2-3 months for medication refills. Testosterone is a controlled medication.

Misinterpreted data from the 2000s Women's Health Initiative Study resulted in many women being pulled off hormones for unnecessary reasons. We are understanding now that perimenopause begins early in our 30s and we can reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, dementia, and osteoporosis by providing hormone replacement earlier in life for women. We use bioidentical hormones that are identical to our natural hormones instead of using synthetic hormones that increase risk of breast cancer and stroke. Provider has specialized training through BHRT Training Academy for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women

Testosterone: 

Choose between testosterone Injections shipped to home or testosterone cream sent to a local compounding pharmacy 

Estrogen: 

Bioidentical estrogen patches are typically covered by health insurance. Estrogen creams or injections may also be utilized. We do not offer oral estrogen due to blood clot risk and inflammation associated with oral estrogen 

Progesterone:

Prometrium is bioidentical and typically covered by insurance. Sleep problems are best treated with sustained release progesterone from a compounding pharmacy. 

*We do not provide pellet therapy at this time due to safety concerns and health concerns. Placing a pellet every 3 months is a surgical procedure which can result in scar tissue and pain with repeat pellet therapy*
