✔️ Initial Visits:
• $315 – 90 Minute Initial Visit

• $215 – 60 Minute Initial Visit (also applies to all new patients)

✔️ Follow-Up Visits:
• $200 – 60 Minutes
• $165 – 30 to 45 Minutes
*Visits required every 2 months for medication refills*

✔️ Physical Exams:
• $215 – Men’s or Women’s Physical (60 Minutes)
• $275 – Women’s Physical + Pap Smear (Cervical Cancer Screening)
• $175 – Pap Smear Only (Includes referral for mammogram if needed)

We do not prescribe chronic opioids, benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, or phentermine.
We do not recommend plant-based, vegan, or vegetarian diets.
